You may return the unused product(s) purchased from Endea Graduation for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

Returns must be accompanied by the original packing receipt, and items must be in their original condition with tags still attached. Customers will receive a refund to the same form of payment used at the time of purchase within 7-10 days from the day that your return is received.

Mailing Your Return or Exchanges:

At this time, we do not offer free returns via mail and all return shipping costs must be prepaid by the customer. We highly encourage you to use a traceable shipping method and to retain your return tracking information until your refund is processed. 

Here’s how to submit your return via mail:

• Make sure all items are in original condition with tags still attached.
• Securely pack the merchandise in the original box, if possible, removing all extra labels from the outside of the package.
